Up, Up, and Away.
I knew the second this picture of my blue eyed boy popped up on my camera screen what I wanted to do with it. The angle of the photo with him holding the kite string was perfect for fabulous kite page. I cut the kites and their bows out with my Silhouette Cameo. I also cut the photo that became the blue kite with my machine. I don't always do this because I am too afraid my photo might get messed up, but this time I went for it. I am very happy how it turned out. I planned to mat my kites a little more center on the bright colored card stock, but when I walked away they shifted and I thought it was more fun this way. I used black & white Baker's Twine for the kite strings and playfully tacked them down with a Mini Glue Dot. I am super happy with the results of this page. I think it's fun and love the primary colors with the white background.
